• 1 oz lemoncello

• 1 oz vodka

• 1/2 squeeze lemon juice

• 2 oz ginger beer

Add ice, lemoncello, vodka and lemon juice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with basil leaf.

Pint Glass

• 1 oz lemoncello

• Corona

• Squeeze of lemon

Pour lemoncello into glass, top with Corona. Add lemon squeeze. Garnish with lemon wedge.

Rocks Glass

• 1 oz lemoncello

• 1 oz bourbon

• 1/2 squeeze lemon juice

Combine lemoncello, bourbon and lemon juice in shaker with ice. Shake, strain and serve in a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

stemless Glass

• 1 oz lemoncello

• 1/2 oz lemon juice

• 1 oz gin

• 3 oz brut prosecco

Pour lemoncello, lemon juice, and gin into glass. Top with prosecco, garnish with two raspberries.

Witch's Summer 

Tom Collins glass

• 1 1/2 oz lemoncello

• 1 oz Strega

• 3 dashes Jamaican No. 1

• Squeeze 1 lemon slice

Add ice. Stir. Top with San Pellegrino.

Strega liquor is a central Italy liquor, the name means “witch”

Summer Evening Snack

Chill a martini glass

• 2 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin

• 1/2 oz Tito's Vodka

• 1 oz lemoncello

• 1/2 oz Aquafaba

Shake with ice. Double strain into glass. Garnish with expressed lemon peel.

Espresso Lemon Candy

Chill a martini glass

• 1 oz Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur

• 1 oz Patron XO

• 1/2 oz Creme de Cacao

• 1 1/2 oz lemoncello

Shake with ice. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with expressed lemon peel.
